With programs ranging from one-off workshops to multi-week courses, learning meditation in a group is a great way to encourage each other along the journey. My classes are always interesting, and learning with a group of people you know can be funny and insightful.

We need to think of our brain as we think of a muscle - we wouldn’t run a marathon without training first, yet we seem to want to navigate this ever-changing world without the mental conditioning required to uphold ourselves and withstand life's occasional storms. Meditation gives us that training.
