Diving deeper into the factors of mindfulness

Service Description
So you’ve been meditating for a while now and are wondering what comes next. How do you deepen your practice? How do you keep growing when things start to feel familiar or stagnant? When we first learn meditation, we anchor attention in the body and breath. This is our entry point to sati (mindfulness) and the present moment. We learn what being truly present is, how to cultivate that faculty, and how to use it to stabilise and strengthen the mind. But in the pathway set out by the Buddha, body awareness is only the first of four stages of deepening awareness. Join Fletch for a four-week intensive exploring the entire path outlined in the Ānāpānasati Sutta and the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - the direct path to enlightenment. We’ll journey from the foundation of body awareness through vedanā (feeling tone), citta (mind), and dhammā (truths), diving deeper into the true nature of experience. This will expand your capacity for insight and growth and create a practice that is clearer, steadier and more direct. A regular meditation practice is beneficial for this course, though not essential. Spaces are limited. Tuesdays, 7:30–9:00pm • January 13th to February 3rd, 2026 • $200 per person
